    The MWT500 series smart digital type meter integrated flow meter and pressure transmitter is high precision measuring instrument for measures at the same time for the fire water or industrial water.
    This instrument is most advanced and equipped with user friendly convenience function for highly accuracy, compact sized, wide measuring span, expanded display and programming. Outgrowing from the traditional water tester used a rota flow meter, adopted the turbine style flow meter which has a rapid response time and repeatability.
    Main construction is included a body of flow meter, pressure transmitter, display, key board of program setting and provides the function of monitoring in real time, printing out, stores, transmits for all measured data as well as provides the analog output for periodical performance verification.

    Measuring Principle

    When fluid flows through the flow meter the fluid pushes impeller to rotate.Rotation speed is proportional to the volume of flow rates.

    A slice of magnetic approaches to the sensor loop, and through the variation of loop magnetized instantaneous volume, to directly acquire a proportional impulse Impeller sensor approaches to the sensor loop and changes the resistance of loop, and then this signals are analyzed by converter.
    The pressure of the fluid is amplified by piezo resistive sensor attached onto the flow body inner side and these signals gives data to display by an analog to digital converter in separately flow and pressure. Like these data can be printed directly in portable thermal printer’s paper and possible to be transmitted.
