General Description
The model MCM200 carbon monoxide transmitter utilizes a electrochemical sensor, unlikely other traditional sensors, which has no interferences by other gases. This ensure to make sensor long-term stability and maintenance-free operation for a long period. MCM200 series a proton conductor carbon monoxide (CO)sensor that utilizes short-circuit as a sensor signal. The basic components of gas sensing layer are a working electrode, and proton-conducting membrane in between them.
MCM200 constantly measures the carbon monoxide’s concentration its range up to 0 to 1000 ppm in the ventilation systems. Packaged in a compact, distinctively styled engineered ABS plastic enclosure, the MCM200 can be discretely installed anywhere from HVAC to ventilation system.
The model MCM200 provides several outputs alternatively. A 4-20 mA or 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC output and Modbus RTU communication protocol are standard. An optional LED readout is available . An optional two relay contacts and alarm setting can be configured by the program. A simple one point calibration procedure and a built-in programmable port that makes the model MCM700 simple to maintain with a long life-span.

QUICK PROGRAM MENU
- I . For simulation mode press SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4 in board assembly and then display in increased correspomding to output. ( SW1. 0 ppm Fixed, SW2 10 ppm Unit Increased, SW3 100 Unit Increased , SW4 1000 ppm Fixed)
- II . Press SW1 and SW4 of upper board simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- III. Once program has started the following menu appears, and enter the parameter adjustment as shown below procedures
